Hi there I got a evidence 78 115 hp it's wasn't started for 3 year's and when I started it just a click noise from the engine no turnover so I need help please what I should do to make this work again 

Most small engine problems are due to gas going bad and not because of ethanol. Small engines have ALWAYS had problems with stale fuel gumming up the carburetor when left in for long periods of time. When a small engine like a lawn mower, leaf blower, chain saw, is being put up for the winter run it out of fuel before putting it away. In the spring when filling your gas can for the first time add some Sta-Bil or Seafoam to the gas to extend its life. Gas generally starts to go bad after 30 -60 days. By adding the fuel stabilizer it will extend its life

And you are goin way over on your RPMs... you can't do dat boy ! Anything over 1800 RPMs is to much out da water ! I don't care what day told ya... don't do dat ! You gonna tear it cher ' 

Hey Cuz, you need to clean dat boat boy ! If you aint keeping it clean after you use it cher' it's gonna always give ya trouble ! You know dat you gotta get serious about da boat unless you want to spend a lot of time and money on da ting...as I see you already are. Now using that much cleena...you are messin up all your hoses and gaskets bro ! Come on man ! I know you know betta den dat !
