1. papaya
2. blackberry (or berries in general)
3. tangerines
but ok i like young coconut so much it would be place 2 but I don't choose
itt because it's not optimal because of the fat and it's no actual fruit
hehe. oh wait I really love prickly pears.. and figs.. OK now I don't kno
about my list anymre :D just give me some natural quality fruit haha ;D
500-1000kcal a day for a year. does only work properly with enough movement of the body, fresh air, sun, nature and fun in life, the other - more finer - energy givers and ofc very good fruits as supplement :)
+Marvin Fruit I like some of what Arnold Ehret wrote but I find he misunderstood some basic concepts of physiology though...Did I get that right, you eat only 1000 calories a year?
the body once adapted since we ae. It's not the other way around :) yeah the body has needs, a clean body has not that much needs that most people think :) I win severeal running races my energy feels infinite and I eat like 500-1000kcal for a year now lolin the tropics i would need even less.we're all breatharians becaue the main material we get from the air, fruitt is the best supplement after that. sugar stimulates toxins to come out. metabolism in the first place is just a mehanism of detox. sugar is stimulating that. Arnold ehret did great wor in showing and proofing all that :) with his water fasting records of 49days while riding 800miles on the bike faster as trained athletes and he was ot, just one example :)his discoveries are o great and I feel them aswell now that I wish people could see this..we're all just a collection of beliefs..greetz
+Marvin Fruit I hear what you're saying and I resonate with some of it, but I disagree that THIS physical body with THESE physical organs will ever need less food. It's designed to eat. Also, sugar does not clean the body as you mention...the body cleans itself...I don't believe that there are any "breatharians" in the conventional sense of the word. The SPIRIT is not dependent on physical conditions to survive but the body is. The need for air is no different than the need for sugar! But thanks for sharing your thoughts here nevertheless! I appreciate your view :) Blessed Love!
yeah, what I think is that there re even higher designs than that :) I think if body an mind are very very clean it doesn't need that much sugar any longer. sugar has a great effet to clean, to stimulate and to create good blood. Bood I think in a very very clean state and a very clean mind since the mind stands over the matter, then the nutrients from the air are the most imoprtant and the amounts of sugar will derease even the cravings will decrease. I think our organs are designed for hgher dimensions, the guts to convert qi-energy from the air, the liver to generate vitamins and protein from the substances from the air and so on. But still as frutarian you have so much energy and feel so great that ther is no need to evolve even more backwards to our roots which is light beings :)I think we have cross genetics from apes and galactical humans and the energy doesn't come from physical foods. the energy is there all the time and everyone has access to exact the same amount of energy which is infinite and works perpetual. The thing is to get the body and the mind so clean that the energy can flow porperly. fruits and sugar are the best to acihieve that (and leaving out all unnatural foods ofc). But at some time somebody wants to achieve even higher levels and there for more than a specific amount of sugar isn't serving me anything. I don't need it to lean the body as much, nor to stimulate me as much nor to create good clean blood as much :) some tiemes yeah it's nice to have that extra stimulation or u need it o help the body cleaning or creating new blood or I eat creamy fruit to have something more dense to "earth" myself to feel a bit more physical again.so there is o right or wrong thre are just different states of consciousness. even cooked food is good when u are not ready with your consciousness for this high levels of a frutarian ^^ but there's never a state which is "the last state to achieve" :)dunno if this resonate with you but in the end it even doesn't matter haha.sugar gives energy because it stimulates, it stimulates the system to create more energy out of the infinite and that in a very clean way in contrary to cooked food which stimulates aswell but by creating toxins. it's like wind power versus coal fired power plant ^^ sugar nourishes aswell since it greates new good blood. in a very clean state the amounts of sugar the body needs is very little since it's function is so efficient that it doesn't need to renew it cells and blood cells so often. like 200-400kcal are sufficient in this state. in the tropics since the air i so clean and the stress so little eating fruit 1- times a weak would be suficient aswell but like I suggest there's no need to do so except one wants it and really resonates with him/her. I don't progress aswell for now because I'm absolutly satiated how it is right now and my consciousness couldn't even handle even higher "dimensions" of energy and well-being right now haha. slow transition but life is always transition.but that's why the sweeter fruits don't resonate with me that much like the less dense juicier fruit :)cheers :)
+Marvin Fruit I mean, the body is designed to crave sweet though...so the fact that you start wanting more of it sounds completely natural to me! But I get what youre saying in terms of juicy fruits! I like that too! Dates I agree are too concentrated!
hm, they really taste to sweet for me :) And they feel kinda heavy but I like the aroma hehe. With addicting I mean when I eat a meal of bananas the next day I have the drive to eat more and more sweet fruit again.. with papaya for example I don't get that drive. hunger doesn't exist with just sweet fruit ever. :) This drive is the strongest with dates. I think the sugar is overstimulating me. So I eat that rarely :) juicy fruit has priority. dates for ex. feel out of balance to my body, other sweet/creamy foods a little bit. .
+Marvin Fruit That's a good one. I have a rule for myself, since the coconut is so versatile (water, fat, sprout etc) I always allow it to occupy the "0 space" in a top fruit list. It's always there as the foundation :) But if you find those sweet fruits addicting, that means you like them, no?
I seriously need to get out of Eurpoe to try these awesome sounding fruits:
"chocolate pudding fruit" "lemon meringue pie fruit" the peanut butter
fruit and of course durian - unless there's anywhere in Europe these are
available! I'm going to look for some Asian shops to see if I can get any
:).
So far my top 3 fruits are mangoes, grapes and rambuttans but I reckon that
could change when I get to try some of the other exotics! :)
Yeah there are some seriously exotic fruits out there! You might find durian, frozen, but not the other ones I think! And even the durian is not gonna be as good obviously. Just go...just go to where it's good....DurianLand awaits!
Did you guys stay at VX The Fifty in Bangkok?! 3:07 sure looks very
familiar to me...I stayed there 3 times during my trip :P
Well my top 3 are cherimoya, persimmons and durian. Nom!
+Sweet Natural Living It's interesting about unlearning, I mostly agree with that. I am trying an experiment though to do with physical pain. I've been watching "What the bleep" and the extended versions and there's some interesting ideas they put out there, so my experiment is that when I hurt myself (unintentionally!) I will laugh instead of allowing myself to recognise it as an unpleasant feeling. I am trying to change the way I think about physical pain and change the connections in my brain! I'm sure I can do something similar with memories. I just have to be very conscious and aware. And that is my main issue. Awareness.I have mantras, I even did a daily affirmation and more recently I've tried to start my day by laughing. Simply laughing for no reason. I definitely feel more positive energy when I do this. I guess I just need to keep on practicing these things so that I will form new connections, and as you say I'll just lose the connections over a long period of inactivity. Life is just one big experiment!
I was referring to memories in terms of the pathways of the neurons in the brain and that the brain has learned for example that certain foods (pizza for example) always lead to pleasure/endorphin release and therefore wants it. It's virtually impossible to "unlearn" except actually just loosing the connections over a long period of inactivity. In terms of what you say about holding on to past etc. I am much the same and I think most people are. However I think the key is to realize that both the past and the future are only ideas, whereas right now is real. There is only right now. IF you can allow the ideas of the past and the future to be enjoyed IN the moment WITHOUT being attached to them, that would alleviate suffering. However, this is challenging and I guess part of what it means to be human and take the journey of Life!
+Sweet Natural Living Do you ever get caught up in your memories? I find that my problem is letting go. I tend to hold on to moments in the past and it can sometimes take over my life... If you've ever dealt with that issue I would so appreciate your advice! As I mentioned in another comment I can be unbalanced to the extreme, so I either focus on the past of focus on the future and forget to live in the moment!
+Sweet Natural Living That's so cool! I loved that place so much. It had everything I needed and was conveniently situated. It helped having the markets near by and of course Tesco Lotus was always a good back up plan. Plus it was only 4 stops from Rasayana...that's the main reason I stayed hahaha and it was reasonably priced :)
Yes that's right! One of our favourite hostels in Bangkok! The other one being Penpark Place, a little bit further out, but relatively quiet and with a garden! Nice top 3!

Very nice video, thanks. Dont you think it tastes like lemon meringue pie?
I never tasted on, but almost all people on the net said that it is similar
to lemon pie... but you dont
i love how these videos usually show the entire spectrum of the given
fruits life. one thats been picked and is ready to be prepared, one thats
ready to be picked, one thats still maturing, and one thats passed its time
.. great stuff
