Ti ringrazio per il tuo commento. Il tempeh ha un sapore neutro, che richiama la soia al naturale. Il tofu ha una consistenza un po' elastica, passami il termine, mentre il tempeh è molto più morbido e si taglia come fosse burro. La preparazione del tempeh non è semplicissima, ma il risultato è sorprendente: te lo consiglio proprio! Ciao

Un piatto unico degno di nota, pensando che si possono avere a disposizione anche diversi ingredienti divisi in due famiglie, quindi proteine vegetali come tempeh mopur seitan e tofu e dal altra i cereali come riso quinoa amaranto e miglio fa si che si possano creare da un piatto, tantissime variabili:-) Bravissimissima Alice :-*
