One note to add: The circle showing the loc. of the forest spider pet in Queensdale (6:34) misses the mark--the Juvenile Forest Spider is not in that circle at all, but outside it--southeast of the Hunter's Lodge Heart on a long, strip-shaped hill.

+Harry Felker I will have a guide for this, but I have not played my ranger much. I've seen the Fire Wyvern and the Brittleback so farm. You have the Wyvern and the Bristle back can be found in the second made, there is a valley like area with tons of larger non friendly Bristle backs, here in there.

Moa is my main, red primary and blue as emergency back up if things go bad. The blue is more tanky and pulls agro if the red goes out of commission.

+Zamoxino I'd have to look into their actual dps but they are in the dog family and generally there are better options for what those animals do, fear, immbolize, etc. DPS wise, even with two it's less then cats but I'll see if I can dig up the numbers.

I'd like to add that for Condi Rangers the Salamander Drake (aka fire drake) makes a nice PvP pet. His vit and toughness make him really tanky for group fights. His tail swipe is AoE Weakness and Fire Breath adds a little bit of extra burning.

Great video. Just something that I noticed. The traits that enhance bleed damage (20%) and poison damage(25%) also enhance any pets who attack with this condi. So spiders and lynx can do insane damage and on next balance update pets will have an innate condi damage value added

Great video. I would use Wolf and Jungle Spider in most cases with Power ranger, because they allow the ranger to maintain cushion between their enemies. Both Fear and immobilization provides the ranger with the opportunity to burst their enemy with Rabid Fire, which is the longbow 2 ability.

Uh, actually Blizzard does. The problem is that they don't do it enough or their punishment's aren't that bad so no one really cares. They temp banned an entire guild for exploiting the lk fight in icc back when it was first released. And no, screwing up the economy is not doing Arenanet or anyone any favors. What he and everyone else that found the exploit should have done was report it to Arenanet instead of abusing it or announcing it like he did. That would have been more helpful to them.

WoW constantly keeps refreshing itself and adds new things that other games copy all the time. It's old, that is true, yet it's one of the best mmos out there for a reason. It has smooth gameplay, the game runs great on pretty much any machine. Bots exist in any game, in gw2 you can bot to your hearts content cause they won't ban you, just a 72 hours suspension, fun stuff. GW2 is nice but, we'll see a few months from now how good the game actually is. No subs is bad, f2p is horrible, pay2win.

Kripparian make new D3 videos, right now your diablo character sucks compared to the other guys out in the game,I do 80k dps you do 87k. By end of next week ill be doing 90k and i will be better. back when you played you were a number 1 player now you are getting to a point where you are just average. also you're Andariel visage helm sucks since it doesn't have max attack speed and has high fire damage taken so sure it has a socket but you got robbed of your 80 million you spent on it.

I like your videos, and I like that you test the limits of games, however, sometimes you know full well what you are showing people is not even close to the intent of the game. I want to see more videos from you about this game, but if you get yourself banned again, us viewers will not be getting anymore videos from you for this game. It would be really nice if they let us bind Guard/Avoid Combat. You exaggerate the issue, though. Part of playing a ranger is learning to manage your pet with the Attack/Return keys which makes their stance partially irrelevant. Saying that your pets rarely use all their abilities is incorrect. Moas use their regeneration all the time and mutts consistently knock down targets. This is more an issue of you not paying enough attention, not a flaw in the game.

I just came to say the same exact thing. It's obvious that the stacking of pet's buffs (boons) is another thing that Arenanet done by oversight and its broken and its exploitable. I expect to be fixed (to not stack the duration). And yeah Kripp you really need to not focus so much on that abuses. Anyways, have fun and keep the videos coming, see ya around...

You're missing the point here, the guy I responded to had the intentions to level fast, yet he couldn't. :) I do also explore every single thingy-thingy and read every single piece of paper I can obtain. But if it takes a month to level up to 50, you're not playing the game. In that sense, you run around in circles not getting anywhere at all.

I don't get the impression Kripp is there to help ANet. And GW2 needs some time to sort out issues and bugs like with every other game. But that makes banning players even worse since they need them to stick around. In the best case, it just polarized the player base, but i really think they could have been way smarter with it.

How the game was meant to be played is irrelevant. All that matters is how his opponents are going to play the game. If his opponents are going to use this bug, then he has to as well in order to compete, and if he is going to use it, then his opponents need to use it to compete. That's how hardcore works.

Well, that is most likely how it will be done. When it doesn't involve the game economy hotfixes are fine, but I for one love the fact that they don't hesitate to ban people for economic exploits, especially in gw 2 where gold can be turned into gems.

It could be, I haven't played it in a couple years. The point is WoW has had much more time to become the game it is and GW2 is new. I don't think there is any comparison with regards to a new game and one that has had years to grow.

Their beta testers should have seen all the issues, even their beta testers failed to see/report them. That is not the current playerbases' fault, if anything maybe some of the original beta testers told all the new players.

if you change pet in the same "slot", meaning you use the "pet manager pictures" and dont switch between the 2, it doesnt proc the cooldown, so basically you can stack bufftimers exactly like before. but yes its retarded :)

It took me 2.5 weeks to get to 80 on my Guardian while thoroughly enjoying the story, while going to school. I would talk to almost every NPC I could, as well. Also, how does listening to the music slow you down?

I bought a whole bunch of food from a normal vendor and it helped out big time with leveling. I usually visit Hoelbrak seeing as there's a vendor that sells level 5, 11, 23, 33, 44 food for only a few coppers.

Well, they could just fix it. Put a cooldown on it. As long as it is in the game, it can't be called exploiting. Bots would be exploiting, but not doing things that are just stupidly bad programmed.

Bears have regenerate because theyre mainly tanks, they have alot higher vitality than most other pets, which is why i got myself a brown bear last night :D my other 3 pets died in 2-3 hits from same level monsters (RIDICULOUS) now i have a bear and it takes forever to kill xD
