I mean when I think about the thousands of symbols out there making moves,
it just unreasonable for me to sit down in front of the monitor looking at
a limited numbers of markets hoping for something to happen! I think
software can do ANYTHING a human can do given the right instructions. The
day after this video SP opened out of range and broke out to the upside,
but what if you're not looking at it?! The way you look at charts is
fantastic and can be totally done through software. :)
Sorry for the delay. Ofcourse we can do something later. You see, the
reason that I've decided to get a software to look for good opportunities
is that so many times I was looking at one or two markets but somewhere
else there was a break out with %10 move! What I have in mind is to develop
a program that watches every symbol in my list and signal me if there's a
break out(or anything else) with the projected trade location and
destination trade on either side(in case of a failure).
Yes. Well, not necessarily fully automate it but rather build a software
that at least does the analysis and locates the best entry and exit points.
I"m actually building a software that does exactly that. I've been a .net
developer for 10 years but my trading experience is limited and I think the
way you approach trading is fantastic and can be fully implemented by
software. I just finished making a TPO based Market Profile that does
that....
I've been following you guys for a couple of weeks and I must say that your
analysis by far is the best one I've seen. The way you look at the market
is very close to "Jim Dalton". My question is: what do you think of
implementing your way of trading via software? Since what you teach is
applicable to financial chart right? By the way your website rocks, full of
priceless information. Thanks guys.
Personally, I think a gray-box or hybrid system would be best where an
experienced trader can provide the program some inputs that define the
broader Context, and the program can then select and execute a trading
strategy in alignment with the broader Context. Wish you the best with your
system. Keep in touch. Perhaps we can work together on something down the
road. -Awais
Hey, thanks for your feedback! The concepts discussed in our videos can
absolutely be applied to any market/chart. I'm not sure what you mean by
"implementing your way of trading via software"...do you mean whether we
can create an automated trading system based on how we analyze the market?
and would like to add a Price Action indicator which analyzes the
intermediate and longer term auction.
