I see where he is going with legs inside of arms like that. I think it
gives you more of a push with you legs. I did flip a tire similar to that
11 times before i puked. ha. but thats another one of those "in highschool"
things. i am going to weld up some sleds like that. as long as i watch
these. i will get inspired.
joe do you still have 2 conditioning "workouts" a week or once a week? like
you have a strongman conditioning day, that's for sure, but are you still
making your athletes push the prowler/pull sled after ME lower body?
When flipping the tire: * feet positioned 2 feet behind the tire * hands
positioned outside of the leg * lean chest into the tire This position will
drive the tire forward and prevent bicep tendon tears/injuries.
"Stop acting like you can figure anything out..." Hehe, good one. And Joe D
does really have skinny calves, but its "how Tito Ortiz makes 205" so its
all good.
What did I do today? I did 185x14 on standing military press and did full
bw dips with 55 lbs strapped to me. Oh, and I weigh 310 lbs(chubby). Check
my new vid!
