The inside fixtures are Adams fixtures. Not sure about the indicator, but it looks original. I would guess this elevator might be original, but with replaced fixtures, excluding the indicator.

Are the fixtures inside the car Innovation as well? If so, I've never seen Innovation fixtures like that. They look like something off of a Dover.

The fixtures on this elevator are Innovation Universal, and they were used extensively by Montgomery from the mid-1980's to the 1990's.
