if you really would like to continue the story, there were two more issues released of the manga, titled K-On! Highschool and K-On! College. Highschool continues Azusa's final year of Highschool with Jun and Ui being in the light music club. College continues the other 4 girls' story post graduation.

Pretty sure I just looked up the karaoke version and a video came up. I converted it to an audio file and recorded my voice with my microphone and pieced them together along with some other editing what not. Are you going to sing this for graduation or something?
