Racism still has a very clear definition, but it's interpretation is always up to individual people. What must be understood is that generalizations about "others" (i.e "other races") is put under the column "racism". I'm not a constructivist, but I do think that there is some logic in that we have created parts of our society through socialisation and cultural heritage. Not everything in the world can be explained by positivism, especially not complex human interactions in a very unnatural globalized world. You know?

I went to a school with 80% immigrants (if not more) and even those who'd only lived here for 2 years could speak very well, including my best friend at the time who moved to Sweden at 11. My dad is an immigrant and can speak Swedish better that a lot of Swedes, and has been able to since he moved here in his mid 20s.... So I can quite easily say that your perception of new Swedes is very ignorant and racist.
