I would recommend you to go through its usage instruction video and read its manual properly before commenting anything. There is no overheating of the product too. Get it cross checked because i think you are using a knockoff vaporite.

+SEECH7Thats because of its Autolock feature. If button is not pressed for a few minutes, it gets locked to save your battery. So thats why it flashes green light. Its mentioned in manual too.

+PistolPixel I think the herb is still getting cooked when you're not drawing from the device. Even though the herbs aren't necessarily in direct contact with the heating element, it's still close enough where you're cooking them a bit, relative to the "true" convection devices he mentions.The reason why the firefly doesn't have this same flaw is because you turn the heat on only when you draw from it, and then the heat goes off immediately afterwards. If the heat source stayed on indefinitely, then it would fall under the same category as the Solo.The Lotus is another vaporizer that can be considered a convection vape, although it uses an open flame, in the same way as the firefly.

yeah - I think he missed that detail - that's the reason I just bought the Arizer Air - because it's convection without a fan blowing - like the plug in convection types - yeah and...I stayed away from the "ovens"

Yes, I would rather have a vapexhale than a crafty even though the crafty is portable. It is that much better!

Another similar, as well as more affordable option is the Vriptech Heat Wand. Vapexhale looks great, but the price tag is a bit steep. Thought I'd mention other glass path vaporizers I've learned about recently on FC.

I read on FC that the Life Saber Vaporizer through a water pipe gives a very similar experience to the vape xhale for a much more affordable price.

What store did you end up buying your Alfa from? I'm still waiting for mine to come in unfortunately. Also, how fine are you grinding and how tight are you packing your material in the oven? In some of these reviews, I've noticed that the reviewer doesn't load the device correctly. Either they are just breaking up their cut is not fine enough, or there isn't enough material in the chamber.

+Matthew Pasquale On this model, the screen should go in the oven. You can tell based on the hole in the center of the screen. Without the screen in the oven, pieces of material can potentially fall into the hole resulting in the said pieces going into your mouth.

+Plain Jane Pack the bowl tighter (for more visible vapor) and move your lips up against the unit (lips should be touching the vape and the mouth piece) and out of the way of the mouth opening. I also used to burn my lips on this unit. If you're still not getting vapor then your vaporizer is probably junk. Have you tried vaping with the unit plugged? Also how hard you're drawing from your vape will determine how much vapor you get. So take light draws.

This is the unregulated or manual prototype, which is just straight power. i know the vaporizer market well, and have spent thousands over the years on vaporizers and vape accessories. i can tell you right now Zion tech is a game changer. i do not work for the company, just lucky enough to try the product early. I am a paying customer for the Zion like many others and am not just drinking the Zion kool aid for the hell of it. there is a ton of potential here and despite your concerns, this device if pure convection with excellent battery life when compared to any other pure convection battery vape i have tried or owned ala Firefly, Elevape SV, Firewood V3, and others that also have a large element of conduction.

Will the device be unregulated when released? I think the fact I can adjust the wattage on my box mod is key.

In all seriousness I get better results from it than from some of the high end vapes I own. U would ask what model if u weren't too busy promoting this garbage. It's a pity cause there is a lot of talk about this device on the forums but judging by the pile of ABV produced the community ain't gonna be impressed. I understand what ur trying to make here with the convection heating element but something happened to char the herb black.

You do not need to remove the stem inbetween hits. No worries. Unlike the Air, the TOD is a manual and heats almost instantly. The Air does combine elements of conduction also, Zion tech does not.As far as this being a high end vape when finished i agree, it just doesn't carry a high end price tag.You don't need to believe me, you don't need to buy one. in fact, don't. No soup for you!

it isn't burning at all here. Sorry you wrong. You say you can just tell by watching? Well i was the one using the vaporizer and i can tell you there was no combustion. Check out the after pics buddy. Not burnt.It can get hot enough to combust, as it is unregulated and powerful as hell, but there is no ash, charring, or burning in this video.There is also 0% conduction with Zion tech through regular usage. The glass barely heats up at all in the few seconds it takes to get vapor. I can pull the glass piece out and touch it directly after a couple big hits.believe me when i say you are wrong will all your assumptions.

+matthew stafford MFLB is a convection vape also. because hot air is vaporizing your herb, not a hot walls of heating chamber.

+K Lawn Grasshopper got temperature control. with this one you can combust your material. this is a HUGE difference. because stoners shouldn't be using items which can go wrong. my friend got very bad experience when he almost burned his house with Sublimator. his pet trowed down the device on da floor while he was smoking outside. well, Zion is not so dangerous. but still- all products for stoners should be safe and should have nothing to go wrong.
