@100anglegirl You could certainly try three, are you thinking for a three tier set of petals? At some point it's going to get too thick to work with and it will look cluttered. Part of origami's beauty is that it is a simple version of a flower, if it's too full of petals it will start to look messy. Still you're welcome to try!

Thank you for posting this with such easy to follow instructions...I just made one for a Womens program we are having at my church...I used three layers of money and paper and then the leaves :) of course I still have a little perfecting to do but it came out great :) I look forward to trying some of your other projects

I think you're confused :) The money is NOT cut at all! It's simply tied together to hold the flower in shape. I give these as presents all the time. The recipient simply opens the flower and spends the money.

Hey, as a fellow origami fan, just to let you know, in reference to the last origami piece you showed, the heart dollar holding a quarter, instead of just folding the side corners back, you can actually hide it by pushing it inside of the heart. It's not literally "pushing" but you can open it up and fold it so that the corner stays inside instead of sticking out. It's a very advanced technique which you i believe you have the skills for, and should explore.

@AngelTheCamel ive been doing origami since first grade and I'm only 13 and i have epic origami creations i consider using money most of the time that's why i made these without instructional guides just one small look and i knew how to make them. ive gotten good so i may consider also posting videos too

Those are sooo cool!!! You should really make an instruction video on how to make them!!!!! And umm I don't think you waste the money..... I think that you can actually make more money if your really good, (which you are), like you could sell it.

to those who say its a waste of money you can just take a picture of it and then unfold it so its not really a waste but if u want to keep it then u can cut out a rectangle the size of a bill out of paper and make it that way
