did WW with my mom when I was in high school, before I was diagnosed with
Hypothyroidism. You gain A LOT of weight with it, grrr. I still weigh a lot
(about 20 stone), but I am doing much better. GO MORI!
Hey I just came across your channel while searching for motivation and it
worked! You've managed to help stop me getting a pizza tonight and ruining
all my points haha! I've been doing weight watchers since last March and
have lost 37 lbs but now and then I have a wee wobble like we all do but,
over all I love it and couldn't have done without it. I'll defo be

Right, that's what I said! haha. I said her current boyfriend is from
Dorset- and that he was living there while Mori was living and attending
college in Wales. And yeah, Mori's dad is Turkish, but she still did her
gap year in Turkey (where she met her ex-boyfriend that I think you thought
I was referencing before).
The first 20-25 pounds are the easiest to lose, after that it starts
getting harder and harder, just to let you know! but don't get discouraged,
drink tons of water, and I've found that acai berry pills work wonders on
cleansing your body! Also, try making home-made smoothies with spinach &
kale and tons of fruit!
Wasn't a meat feast motherfucker had me on the floor lol,I joined ww a four
weeks ago did great first week but didn't go bk suppose life got in the way
on the only day I could attend,thinking of joining again after watching
your vid its inspiring,you seem so enthusiastic about it,keep up the fab

For some reason I thought you were 5'10" in one of your videos a while
back! I probably misunderstood and that was when you had heels on. Also-
are you and your boyfriend living in London now and going to that makeup
school? That was the original plan right? Glad to see a long video again!!

If you like big portions, there's nothing at all wrong with that. I do,
that's why I joined Slimming world. I lost 7 & half pounds in my first
week, 5 pounds in my second and 2 in my 3rd! Slimming World is GREAT
because you can eat whenever you're hungry... the right foods of course! x
I think you look absolutely stunning in this video! This video couldn't
have come at a better time for me because we are a similar age, height and
weight and I just started today! I would love to see weekly videos, or even
just quick updates on how you're getting on :) Best of luck! xx
I'm not telling you what to do of course, but you shouldn't be jumping on
the scales at home! If you are following the plan, you only need to be
getting weighed when you go to your slimming class. Your weight can be up
and down from one day to the next for all sorts of reasons x
I am so happy for you. I know you'll have great success! :) just keep at it
and you'll achieve things you never thought you would. Also, you can do
weekly suggestions but I would feel that's kind of a bother really, just
every 2 weeks to give you time to prepare for it? :)
You are gorgeous! This is such a good video! Love it! I have also lost a
little weight the past one/two week(s). And I've been for a run almost
every day. I am not overweight, I'm normalweight, but I have a little lose
stomach and fat legs, so I want that off of me :) x
When youre dieting, youre supposed to use the same scales everytime you
weigh yourself, cause others may be slightly out of calibration or dont
work as well etc.. so that could also be why your weight was different :)
I think that's actually where her boyfriend is from/where he was living
when they were long distance. For college she lived in Wales, but I can't
remember where she was in high school before her gap year in Turkey...
Skinnytaste is a good blog for those on Weight Watchers. The blogger takes
recipes, and leans them out. She also does all the nutritional and points
calculations. From what I've made, it's been a hit.
No way are you 12 stone 11!! JESUS! I'm soo jealous! I'm 12 st 1 and look
WAY fatter than you lol but then again i'm only 5 ft 2! - Let mejust say,
you carry your weight very well! xx
I feel very inspired. Really enjoyed this video, my mum lost a lot of
weight with weight watchers too! Congrats on your weight loss, I'm about to
download the app :)
I also have pcos and I gain 10kg in 1 year and during my periods I gain 1
more and then loose again after period. I dont know if you use pound or
whatever:S
I hate that rut when you stop tracking and then you find it hard to get
back into the swing of things. But then when you finally do...you are like
on fire lol. Im in that rut with coming home from a vacation and then
getting a gever for 5 straight days
You look great Mori not even just weight-wise but you're glowing! Well done
on the 14lbs. For the month of January I've decided to go vegan and I've
been much healthier and I've already lost a bit of weight, might carry it
on after January after watching this video! It got me motivated!
Have you been exercising at all in addition to counting calories/tracking
food? Or did you manage to lose the 14lbs just by tracking your meals? I'm
curious because I'm trying to lose weight myself. Love you Mori

Hey sweet! I haven't really been exercising but I have quite an active job where I'm constantly moving and walking about and lifting things so I guess you could say I exercise a little bit! I do walk pretty much everywhere I go if I can too, walking is the best :) Good luck on your weight loss journey lovely, hope it's all going well! All the best, love ya too :) xo

I'm so happy for You achieving Your goals :). I never thought that You
might feel like You need to lose weight, You always looked beautiful.
I admire Your dedication, last time I was really motivated was probably 5
years ago. Since then I only gain weight, think that I look horrendous and
need to change my lifestyle but I never do anything, I think I'm just
scared that I'll try and fail. I know it's weird, but that's just how I
feel. Now I think about that time when I had 5 kilos to lose and I could
have achieved that really quickly but for some reason I didn't and now I
have 20 kilos to lose. That's frustrating. Also, I'd love to look the way I
looked when I thought I was fat and needed to lose that 5 kilos.
Hey lovely, thanks for your message and kind words :) it's never too late to start a weight loss journey - my WW leader lost close to 10 stone (63kg!!!) and it changed her life. You just have to want it bad enough and start to make better decisions. I really hope you can find some motivation and start to be happy in yourself again. You have all my best wishes sweet, xo
