I'm currently using a CAD U37 USB Studio Condenser Mic. It runs about $45 on Amazon.//www.amazon.com/CAD-U37-Condenser-Recording-Microphone/dp/B001AIQGUO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1423871127&sr=8-1&keywords=CAD+U37
I've got lettuce & radishes growing straight out of a potting soil bag, indoors! I've started my seeds for tomatoes: Roma, Rutgers, & Better Boy, Bell Peppers, ...
Everything looks great... A word of caution. I have read in a few places
online that using the bulbs in a vertical position in a grow box situation
can be a fire hazard. Last year I did it vertically and didn't have any
issues but I have since changed my ways and have made all my bulbs work
horizontally. I actually use a old cardboard box with the mylar blanket
glued into the box and 2 200W equiv 6500k CFL bulbs powered by a tee
socket. I wish I had more room to pre-plant more.
I grew the leaf lettuce.. i never thinned it out. It didnt seem to hurt at
all either. I have a query for you. Im in Benton. How do you revitalize
your boxes before planting for the year? I dont have any compost where i
live. Id appriciate any ideas!
I add some fresh compost to the top and I'll add a bag of Excellerite to each long bed. You might add some composted manure. They have 40 lb. bags at our local Ace hardware for under two bucks a bag ;-)
Well i think we are both ready for spring my friend its been down right
cold and below freezing at night.I may show you how big my plants
are.Tomatoes easily over a foot tall plus 2 inches.Question? Do you think i
could set out my cabbage with lows at night of like 33 38 35 and so.I would
cover them on nights i think it could frost cabbage and
broccoli, cauliflower are all cool weather plants but my question is it too
cold yet?Even covered if it goes below 32 I feel scared it mite harm them
not sure?I got some good covers old empty oat boxes to cover them.Video
coming of my plants.Excelent video I love the lettuce I would not thin it
unless it gets pale cause too tick and blocks the light just my thoughts !!
+N.E.Arkansas Trash Trucks&Lottery We had a head of cabbage that made it through all of last winter. If it's been indoors though, it will need to be hardened off to the strength an uv rays of the sun ;)

My own experience: I started out going to one room schools. Later in life I
was a teacher. I have to say that one room schools may have been actually
the best kind of education I ever had. I got to watch the older kids being
taught stuff, and I learned some stuff ahead of time and was very motivated
to learn it when my time came, as well as learn about stuff on my own.
Very good video! My grandfather, Dr. Bird Thomas Baldwin often visited
small schools like this in the course of his research as first Director of
the Iowa Child Welfare Research Station back in the 1920's.
Bloodborne - Mysterious Chalice Bell
