I made it with wholewheat flour and it's fabulous amazing I didn't feel that there's different in the taste you must check your ingredients I think something wrong or missing!!! I really recommend it who ever thinking of trying to make it go ahead it's very nice even with whole wheat flour and even I reduced the oil to 1/4 and added a little of milk instead :)

It looks sweetened to me, I made them with unsweetened, but it's a matter of personal preference :)
