Yes, but they did that to make the backround story. They cannot obviously show the AMG GT overtaking a Porsche 911, so they reference it with the models. The Mercedes wrecks the Porsche in the end, and that's how the kid's dream of driving a Porsche gets shattered.

That wasn't my point, it's a Merc ad but there was a Porsche die cast model. It's like if there was a PS4 controller in the same room they filmed an Xbox One ad in.

I do not like the new headlight redesign. Looks good on the estate and okay on the coupe but does nothing for the sedan. The old headlights were perfect for the sedan.
