Running Back Tevin Coleman Works Out For All 32 NFL Teams
Coleman worked out in front of NFL scouts, media members, family members, and his coaches and teammates at IU's Mellencamp Pavillion on April 15, 2015.
This guy is DeMarco Murray with a bit more speed, not Jamaal Charles.
Jamaal is more fluid, Tevin is more stiff in the hips with less agility
than JC. Also JC has a spin move and more wiggle in his running style.

+Joe Garcia I was thinking more of a Darren McFaden than Murray. I can se the Charles comparison too. I'm just comparing running styles and overall measurable. I think he has just as good a chance as the other backs to be the star of the draft, but maybe landing spot will determine this more than anything.
lesean mccoy is going to be traded this year for a 2nd round pick or 1st if
possible. he will not take a contract restructuring and its lookign like
the eagles will not pay him his full salary and are moving on. he is
overated IMO. as an eagles fan, when your runnign back falls on the ground
voluntarily in the inside running game in front of bobby wagner because hes
afaraid of contact, then you need to move on from that guy anyway. we need
a tough physical back that can step up when our offensive line is hurt.
shady is only as good as his oline and in this league, that is not a given.
shady was tackled with arm ttackles in the backfield all season long by
chumps. he didnt show that 2nd gear speed this year and he seems
lackadaisical in the games in which darren sproles was effective or when
they rotated polk in at the red zone. we will move on and be fine with
david cobb, jeremy langford, tevin coleman, or buck allen
the problem with shady is he dances in the hole. Everyone knows LeSean is shifty, but Chips offense requires a One Cut RB, who makes his cut and gets upfield, that is not Shady's game, he fits into a zone blocking scheme i.e. KC Chiefs offensive running scheme (Andy Reid's offense). As an Eagles fan that loves Shady (how can an Eagles fan not) its time to let him go. However, There is no way in hell we would get a 1st or 2nd round pick because: A) he is a 27 year old running back at a position where not many last to 30, and remain at a high level. B) due 10 million dollars this year, and next with bonuses and incentives, and another year's salary afterwards C) running back is not a premium position. more than half the players at that position in the NFL were 5-7 round picks or undrafted free agents.I would expect a 3rd with a '16 6/7th Compensatory pick, or a 4th and 6th with a '16 6/7th Compensatory pick.- I know that is not worth it when you factor in that he is a top 3 rb in the nfl, respectively, but the stock placed in draft picks is at an all time high, and running back is not a very popular position to trade value picks for -- just ask Andrew Luck and the ColtsPersonally I would want this guy, Tevin Coleman, if he fell to 2.20, but I would not like to trade up from there because, like I said, you can find good running backs in the 5th and 6th, and being that we have an infinite amount of holes to fill on defense, we can't be throwing too many eggs into the Tevin Coleman basket, because he can only play RB, not MLB too.If I had to choose in a 5 6 or 7th round RB -5th - David Johnson Northern Iowa - little too tall but good agility with the height, fast, and good receiver. killed it at NIU.6th - Kenny Hilliard LSU - good player good change of pace back, not too fast but a rumbler, i tend to think of him as a poor man's Tevin Coleman.7th - David Cobb Minnesota - Noticed you mentioned him, gonna be a steal, nice compact runnier, patient, sets up blocks and hides behind them well, and packs a punch in his 5'10" frame.in UDFAs - wouldn't mind giving Tre Williams from Texas A&M a look and same with George Farmer from USC. Michael Dyer is up this year too, but has had some off the field issues.
