Why does Jeremy Clarkson hate Porsches? They sound amazing. The only thing
is that they need to come up with newer names except for 911 turbo or just
"911, 991, or 997"
+giantmidget08 For an ultra low mileage car here you go, I low balled my original quote: //www.gtspirit.com/2015/01/29/pristine-porsche-911-gt3-rs-4-0-for-sale-for-440k/Its now selling for 3 times the original price...
I think all the 200Z series Datsuns were really good looking cars. Maybe I search that 280Z in my hands and try to buy it some day..Hahah yeah, GT3 sounds pretty good, although its price is somewhat high, still, it would be a car to drive for years and years. Is the enigne in base model 911s the same as the ones in early 2000 models? I've been always wondering why they are so cheap.. Not to mention those women's cars you mentioned.
I've got a kermit green 240z that runs on jet fuel... If I were you I wouldn't buy any 911 other than a gt3 with the metzger engine... All base engined 911/s and coxster/gaymens have alot of problems as they age...
+David Oh Both cars have their plusses and minuses. I for example would go with Porsche, though, why not both? I am planning to buy a 911 in the near future.Datsun brings good memories by the way ;) My grandfather knew the president of Datsun back in the day, so he got my father a 280Z 2+2 basically for free, of course shipping to Europe costed him something. Was a very nice car, though now it's sold, but still running strong as far as I know.
+pavetttoThat wasn't my point, the dude said that datsun had to go back to the drawing board ? why ? the gtr was still faster at 1/4 of the price... Not everyone wants to pay to go slower for quadruple the money...
+David Oh You know, for some people a few hundred thousands is nothing. At that point it doesn't really matter. If they like Porsche more, no problem. Not everyone wants a GTR.
+Ali Ouassini yes that relation hp/liter is insane, this have 125 hp/liter. The record is 133 hp/liter in the F458 Speciale. And if you want a engine with very high hp/liter you have the S2000 with 123 hp/liter :D
+pavettto .... Amg A45 gots 4 cylinder engine.. yet it's faster than most V6 on the market -.- Don't you understrand that maybe it's not about how many cylinders do you have, but how you use them.... LaFerrari beats the Veyron on 1/2 mile race... yet the Veyron has 16 cylinders...
+Loïc Martel It's still naturally aspirated faggot, and yet the new gt3 also has a 6 cylinder boxer engine but it wins vs the GTR, now gtfo and stfu. It's not about how many cylinders do you have -.- DUMBASS
Ehm... Every 458 Italia would win vs the Gtr... Of course Ferrari is naturally aspirated

+kos7as ΗΑΗΑΗΑΗΑΗΑΗΑΗΑ WTF?? he talks greek has greek lisonplates and they had the car at XL magazine(greek sportcar magazine) turkey is useless in the tuning world(actually in al the ways but lets not talk about that)
+Christine Fury hello I don't totally agree with you, the golf mk2 for exemple was a very nice car, not very hard to repair with a very strong and resistant engine. Sorry for my bad english. but other than that I find that you are right, most of the recent cars are not very reliable even if they are more secured than the old.
+DJT4p0KQq Yep, that's why it's the third most produced car ever after the Volkswagen Type 1 and Ford Model T.For what they were designed they were more than adequate. Simple, rugged, reliable and easy to fix and repair for regular people. The Volkswagen Type 1 was also considered really crude with its aircooled rear engine and abysmal handling in the 1950's but it sold really well since its rugedness and ease of maintanence more than made up for its many flaws. The Ford Model T was mockingly called "Tin Lizzie" and even when it was new it was viewed with scorn by famous writers and politicians alike. Surely you're not comparing a car for the masses 40 years ago with modern luxury cars are you? That would be really stupid. Apples and oranges. Tell me, which of the cars released in the same price class when it was new are still racking up miles today? Until Toyota and most Japanese manufacturers started producing really good small cars in the 80's the German, French, British, Italian and any country's small cars lasted 6 years tops and usually requred tons of expensive repairs to work at all. The Citroen 2CV was produced for nearly 50 years though, and its engine alone could take almost any abuse, yes even driving through the Sahara desert.Certain brands of supercars are way less reliable and a lot of them didn't even start up in bad weather or cold way into the 1990's.
