I would also like to add, I notice from the court website that the last name "Smith" comes from your ex-husband...is this correct? If so, and if your divorce was finalized in 2008, then why would you still continue to use his last name? If he "was" abusive to you and your children then wouldn't you want to "cut all ties" with this man? Also noticed on your Facebook page that you are known by THREE different names. Is there a mulitple personalitiy here? Again, my views, my opinions, my questions.

Johnny u have no idea how hard it is 2 film outside the court house that did this to ur family. As far as a yr of my mental health what business is it of urs or anyones? I am beign treated for stress and anxiety all documented from a psychologist. I have LAS go look it up. U would 2 if ur kids were ILLEGALLY taken. OH WAIT U CAN LIVE IN IGNORANCE! To all of you that question this... McKayla is not only fighting for her she is fighting for you, this can happen to any one of you, or your children, sister or brother.. I have read the documents and what she is telling you is total truth. I am a witnessed to it. It is so bizzare no one can believes this happens in Grays habor but it is, and i know many more family's this is also happening to in our county. Working family;s good familys.. McKayla does not need any mean statements right now.

I am so proud of her for standing up, this was difficult for her. She was ordered to go to all these counselors that said her stress was from having to fight for her children.. none of the doctors thought she was crazy . What happened her is the worst case of wrong i have seen personally. It appear like some of joke. but it is not a joke this is two children taken from their mother, ripped away. What father would do this to their children or allow anyone else too. NO i witnessed this. awful.

Really... You are all over the place, for one thing you might sound believable if you spoke in chronological order but you didn't. If you only allowed one affidavit of prejudice, then why would you do it to all three judges! Seriously for someone to really know what is going on in your case they need to go up to the court house and look the public record on your divorce.. Remember McKayla is one of many this will become a movie to expose the corruption in family court. None of us want our children to go through a divorce and end up like this..Go and listen to the rest, read what Bill Windsor has exposed as he deals only in facts. Careful about pointing fingers we need to support families in our county, they are the strength of tomorrow for all of us. We are talking about familys that work and live normal lives. Sue them in Federal Court for violation of your and your children's civil rights! Also, don't listen to people who post insensitive remarks! These judges and quasi-court officials are making money off you and that's why they are doing this. You aren't the only victim of the lucrative "Responsible Fatherhood Initiative" funds where the local government gets monetary kick-backs from the federal government by taking your kids. Look it up and sue them.

@ mckayla1981 you made it public business when you posted to youtude.com, if you only have "anxiety and stress" post a copy of your diagnosis, axis 1 through 5! For all of us to see and prove me wrong. I knew my wife for many years before getting married and have wonderful children together, she hasn't change a bit in our short 10 year marriage. I also noticed that you refer to the children as "mine" and "my kids" didn't it take two to make them.

I believe that all of my questions and comments are legitiment, and I just may go up to the court house and view this file myself. Maybe then I will get my answers, whether they go with or against her side. When I see people getting blocked or deleted, or in my case marked as "spam", when they have pretty good questions it makes me wonder...why? Why would these people get deleted/blocked or marked as "spam" when they have good questions.

I know Grays Harbor CPS are a joke~ My child and I were allowed to move in with a convicted child molester and then closed the case... They take children away from good parents. Families know each other best, and Government should stay the hell outta families business!! Keep praying, cause God knows what he is doing... In the end Love will prevail. It is written. Tulipsupreme thank you. i have considered this under the LAS for injury. I want to sue them for my kids well being to. There is more going on with my oldest son that i did not put in the video because I got word after I recorded. I have the state ombudsman involved now along with a few other people. Hopefully a few good things will come out. Have a good day.

If you know where youre kids are at I think you should just go get them . It is a mothers job to protect her babies and we know that the system is failing. We should ALL JUST GO GET OUR CHILDREN and hide out until Congress realizes it too, and makes changes. Our children cant wait that long...

Is the depletion of oxygen a recent event? If so, the cause might not be phosphorus. If phosphorus is the culprit, the damage should have been noted when the first detergents with phosphorus were available, probably back to the 1940's. If the river is stressed more now due to population increase, then it should be noted as a ramping up of a problem that should have been obvious for the last 60 years.
