I have a mid 90's 700, mine has a very small screw where this allen screw is, does it do the same thing on mine? My magazine is in the way to get a screw driver in there.

As a word of caution. I think that 1 pound is a tad bit too light. I would recommend making it a little bit heavier.

Uh, ya. Anything under 3lbs. is really unnecessary tactically speaking. From a safety stand point, it really doesn't matter; Keep that finger off the trigger until you're to break the round.
