I know you enjoy what you do so take this as a suggestion only. You can
choose to work smarter & less w/ better editing, better quality, key
wording, thumbs, image stabilization (check out the sony XDcam 30U (perfect
4 monopod haters like you.) You will get more views & subscribers with
consistent higher quality content - 1-2 videos a week max is the general
rule on YT as your subs won't watch 4 videos a day. Study editing, color
correction, less is more w/ better results. Work smart, less hard.
The difference between pros and amateurs is pros do it faster, cheeper,
less takes, less time & w/ better results. Amateurs like film students,
work harder, longer, with more mistakes, less results, and cost 4X than
what hiring a pro, doing it right the first time. I like your videos like
home movies, but like home movies, I can't watch them for long as they are
long, hand held, lossly edited. I'd cut all of your 4 uploads into 1 video
and polish it, keyword it, edit it, create a cool thumb.
For someone to see you as successful, it makes them evaluate themselves and
where they r in their life. You've done the very thing someone would dream
to do but be too afraid to jump ship and go for it. Best of luck to you
both and your passion.
