one can always find a longer and higher climb elsewhere but there is definitely something special about the character of the Adirondacks...and believe you me I have seen mountains...

I wish I could get out to the Adirondacks! Looks so nice! I've done the tallest peaks in Ma,VT,NH and ME. Next will be Mt. Marcy NY! Cant wait!

Mugs did well on that hike. That's what I like about that area. There's no shortage of places to hike. Certainly no shortage of good sights.

+FathomLordKarathr everything you said is entirely true. Although just because they are use to it doesn't mean they'll let the government know it was okay to have spent so much amount of money on a month long series of games rather than on there own country.

I don't think they care about the government not spending money on the country, they're used to that. What they don't like is the government tearing down peoples homes to build stadiums and hotels and then since there's rich tourists everywhere local businesses bringing up their prices so now native Brazilians can't afford to eat in the restaurant that's three doors down from their house since the restaurants charging 45 reals for a bottle of water that normally would cost 1 real.

I love Keen's arrangement of this - I would love to hear Steve Earle do this with that driving guitar. I love Steve's folky version, but would be fun to hear him mix it up. Or even to hear Justin Townes Earle do it with Jason Isbell on guitar. That would be cool. It is the one song of Steve's I have heard Justin do.
