Just bought this game last week. I wish I would've looked at the comments on this vid first. Fuck this broken, impossible submission and takedown "defense." It doesn't matter how evolved you are in either aspect. As far as "defense" goes, you have to know your opponent is going for a takedown before he does it, rather than being able to catch him in the act. You will never pull off submissions either, and if you are fighting a guy like Frank Mir, get ready to lose against him by decision just because he takes you down every 2 seconds and does NOTHING else, even though you won the standup battle, fought off all of his submission attempts, and defended half of his takedowns (38/79 & 40/81, no joke) and I was back to my feet immediately almost every time he got me, because all you have to do is press Left Analog Stick (which is just fucking lazy on EA's part for as difficult as they make defending the fucking takedown.) Did nobody test this game before it got released?????? I'm glad I only paid $30 for it, and not $60.
