hi there I have also decided that I have a problem with caffeine and what to quit, there is one question I wanted to ask. I am having a hard time to think clear and divisiveness , I have a problem speaking clearly and fluently is this one a symptom of caffeine? thank you so much

+richard jedlicka Hi Richard, thanks for the comment! Its been almost 2 and a half years since I quit, so I can’t remember all the symptoms I had, other than those I expressed in the videos. I definitely felt “off” on a lot of fronts though, which would include temporary adverse effects on mood, thinking and speaking (which did last for quite a while). The one word of encouragement I could give is that now ( 2 years later) it’s all a distant memory and I now have no lasting negative effects in these areas.

All is going well. Today I had my day 21 drink. Yesterday I had day 20, today 21 with no cheats. :) I got a chance to workout both today and yesterday and that seems to be helping a great deal. I have been hanging close to home this weekend to avoid temptations and giving by body a chance to decide what it wants to do while in the comforts of it's own home. :) Overall I am in great spirits and feeling good!
