Government is inherently corrupt and power-hungry. The only way to decrease
the corruption is to decrease the government. The most corrupt agencies of
a horribly corrupt government are the IRS, Homeland Security and the
Federal Reserve. These three agencies have Americans over a barrel (more
than the others do at least).

My family in Indianapolis is VERY high up freemasons/Illuminati. These are
NOT nice people and they and their "friends" are in control of everything:
IRS, DOJ, FBI and any other acronym you can think of. Our Heavenly Father

FYI i go to christel house and they got that building fair, the IRS was not
being mean or hateful.They should have the bill and not changing there
name. I get tired of being disrupted by protesters trying to get a building
back that was tooken away 10 years ago. I know my facts!!

Fucking communist clowns who've infiltrated our system want these people
here so they can destroy the middle class and make the Mexican the new

I had a Dominican living next door for 3 years and he did not work even one
day...But he went to Florida to buy a house after collecting from our
Government for years..His 15 year old daughter was pregnant and ready to
continue doing to our country what hispanics have already done to their own
country's of origin...Out of every family, One goes to work while 15 goes

When an ILLEGAL files a return shouldn't he be picked up and arrested?
Shouldn't this discussion be about why an "undocumented worker" is allowed
to be categorized as such ? We got audited for 2 tax years in one audit and
it took over a year because our records were so good they couldn't find
anything substantial to get us for. Our business operated at a loss for
those two years, but still they managed to come up with about $900 they
said we "owed" the IRS. $900 miserable dollars. Pathetic.

People never mention that ITINs were not 'created for illegal immigrants'.
They were created for aliens who DO NOT work in the US to fulfill their tax
obligations. For example, my dad, a non-resident alien (lives abroad too)
owns property in the US and needs an ITIN to file the necessary taxes for
them. Non-resident aliens can own other things such as stocks, etc. too.
That the IRS allows people with tax returns indicating employment in the US
to apply for ITINs is weird.

I feel you Joyce. I've been doing taxes for 28 years now. I've had clients
that come in and say "I'm going to put my neighbors children as dependents"
and I'm like "What"? you mean to tell me that your such a loving person
that you support your neighbors kids? and they actually say yes. Which I
don't believe, My business is an honest business and I'll rather lose them
and the fees as clients than doing something that tells me is wrong and
illegal.

Who cares? This is nothing new. Folks wake up there has been cheating going

This has been going on for 40 yrs now!! I heard about the Mexican's scams
in the 80's in Chicago where millions flooded the city!!!Don't people
understand that the wetbacks are slaves and bring down wages and expensive

Can they even prove these children exist? Really? Why not just take the
10-20k a year in fraud they file and buy them a 1 way ticket out of the
country? These people are thieves and should be sent away as we don't need
this kind of crap in our country. Russell George knows of the theft but is

It is hard to believe that they would give away so much money that easily .
I was a witness to a guy being arrested after filling fraudulent return on
his own child who did not live with him . It took them 2 weeks after return
was filled to arrest him . if it was that easy anyone could claimed kids
who never lived here , you could claim half of kids in China :) I do not
believe it .

Furthermore, the issue of residency for dependents should be irrelevant.
Granted, there should be a more stringent burden of proof for dependent
status, but people supporting children who live abroad should be entitled
to deductions. The US tax code needs a huge overhaul, their are so many
inequalities and discrepancies in it.

I have a feeling that they don't even send money to their nieces and
nephews, but claim them on their taxes just to get the refunds. But in
order to get the refund the children MUST live in the U.S. which most of
them don't.
