For as far as I remember only a few European countries have corruption as low as your logic defines is safe. Russia has it's own ways and laws, and just because they aren't the same as we think is appropriate and we mention that excessively as well, only shows how much we can't accept our own shortcomings.You could instead look at some things that are in fact good about Russia, such as how successful its special police forces are.

The Cayenne Turbo wasn't even racing you, LOL. When my 03' CTT was bone stock, I was killing E46's regularly, the secret is Tiptronic and AWD. E46's are overrated, BTW, my CTT now has 580HP, race me and I'll blow your doors off, LOL
