1975 Cj 5 Levi's Edition Renegade, AMC 304 V8, i was the first person to start this Jeep in 22 years! dont have a proper video looky box, so i coudn't film the start ...
Nice. I don't have that compartment under the passenger seat, but there's a
checker plate box under the back seat. I'm wondering now if there's room
under the passenger for a secret compartment. Hmmm... The floor in mine is
thick steel plate, so maybe too much work messing where things are already
fine.
I've got a custom checker plate dash, but I think I like your original dash
and instruments better. Looking for one. Also looking for a nice hard top.
@hairmonster12 Yeah, I enjoy driving it. It's probably more practical since
I'm in college at NCSU, in the heart of Raleigh, NC. I've lifted it 2" and
threw in a 3.55 posi w/ locker and got some some 235 Destination LEs.
You're right, It's just not as fun as driving a slightly smaller jeep that
I can take the top and doors off of!
had one just like this renegade package 304 v8 even the same color bought
it new in 1975 paid 4800 gosh how the times have changed .just bought a
1977 cj7 renegade going to restore it has a built 304 v8 it flys!!!!! best
of luck with that........
I just want you to know, you're living the dream! Someday, I shall have
either a CJ5, CJ6, or CJ7.. Hell, I might get all three! I have a
low-mileage '99 Cherokee Limited.. It was my grandmothers, she never drove
it.. 17,000 original miles.
