IS THIS NOT THE SADEST THING IN THE WORLD : A BIRD IS MADE TO FLY, FREE,
FREE, DRIFTING ON THE WINDS, can you a imagine a more wonderful feeling (I
dreamed that I could fly, and there is nothing that compares to that
(NOTHING!!!!). And what do we humans do : we lock these incredible
creatures up in a small cage, where it is hardly able to spread there
wings; just because we want to hear it sing !!!!!! SHAME ON US HUMANS,
AGAIN FOR WHAT WE ARE DOING TO ANIMALS AND MOTHER NATURE !!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello,I hope you are well.I understand the things that you say and I agree
with you to a certain extent. But I have canary birds and their home is a
large cage.I leave the door open for them so that they can fly around my
living room. They do this when they need to.But their cage is not a
Prison;their cage is their home and they love living there.Good luck to
you.p.s. I love my little birds more than anything.
In nature only male Canaries ( serinus canaria ) sing . There are some odd
cases of female individuals from the song types which hav been known to "
SING " but those are few & far between . Some years ago , an experiment
showed that a female canary which recieved homone injections would sing
like a male but would revert to silence as soon as the shots were stopped .
My canary just had a sing too and came out of the cage looking for this
bird :) i have two canarys, resently lost the third a few weeks ago. Lol my
canary keeps calling now behind me as i write this... going to get them two
more friends soon, one of my birds is a sort of orange and the other yellow
the third was also orange.. thanks for posting this video...
I HATE PEOPLE, I love animals and I love nature. If something bad is going
to happen to the world, (because of us, thé most selfish and destructive
creature on earth), I pray to God, to destroy human kind, and give back
this (used to be lovely world) back to those who deserve it......
I really would love to let my canary go free but i don't want him to get
lost, i wanna see him everyday, it makes me sad when i think "oh i will let
him free, ,but somebody could catch him, and probably sell him?or maybe he
could be killed?" so i'd better keep it
I suggest you call a good pet store because they usually have a wealth of
information about the animals they sell. This story breaks my heart. If
only you had spoken with someone before this point. I am so sorry for your
injured canary.
Did you see it sing wherever you got it from? Sometimes they take a while
to calm down & be comfortable enough to sing. If you didn't actually see it
sing, then that can be a problem.
for some reason I can't play it on my android phone now. Played it over and
over again for the cat. ;-) Works on our regular computer fine...wonder
what's wrong...
