@partyman147 funny you mention books case apparently all you read is shitty authors any average author can make his characters words come out with emotion without telling the reader he said jokingly or sarcastically so it is not i who needs to read a book sir it is you and please dont say you cant i will find examples from many good authors like Dean Koontz Stephen King or even Cormac McCarthy also what do you think poetry is emotion through words so yes you can read emotions
