I ran a modded alt with a ton of blade styles and ended on a 11 blade black sword blades that spun fast but sounded like a car reving up outside.Very annoying...Thank you, I hope a group of us with the same passion can help teach and learn while advancing this for humanity AND our pocket book..Win/Win..

Looking at the WN500 Power curve using the 6.6-foot rotor/ Windgrabber blades they hit 150 watts at 15mph at 24V. I'd think you would see more than that with your blades unless you have large wire losses somewhere.
