i was never a fan of diana, but watching poor naomi watts struggle to play
her and looking surprisingly "plain" (though pretty) in comparison, it
makes me realize that there was something about diana after all that was
rather special

"Oliver Hirschbiegel who did Downfall, which is a great film..." No it's
not. I still have to see one good Hirschbiegel film. One of the worst
directors working today.

I think Watts could have done with a bit more vocal coaching from what I
see in these clips. She doesn't really sound much like Diana. Too high
pitched.

i always thought she looked rather nice, but in comparison to diana, yes, a
bit plain jane without a distinct *je ne sais pas quoi*...

I feel like that the movie to some degree didn't do Princess Diana justice
within the last 2 years or so of her life.
