A douche? And you know him well enough to say that? I've been following his blog for years now and from what I can tell; he loves deeply, is honest, loves his grandmother and most importantly, endorses organizations like Love is Louder, It's On My Mind and the Jed Foundation. Yes he can be controversial and pushes himself and his models as far as they can go, but they love him for it. So who is the real douche here? Certainly not Tyler Shields.

There's a heart at 0:16 one at 0:21and another at 0:29-30 The first two or easy to see with their heads and the negative space in-between them. Although, the third reminds me a bit of Michelangelo's Last supper
