I leave wet and windy Glasgow for the mellow air of London in preparation for my Masters audition at the Royal College of Music. Monday 7th December OTHER ...
I loved the plane footage at the beginning! I could watch that all
day..both from inside the plane and outside :) Am less nervous that way. As
opposed to if I'm actually flying lol.
Wow your aunt does have a stunning kitchen! I like croissants and
raspberries also :)
If I could give a million thumbs up for your singing alone, it wouldn't be
enough. Sensational :)
Oh I hope you don't catch a cold. I have heard about the horrible weather
there.
+scott a I'm the same! I like being able to see the view outside and watching it land. That is awfully kind of you Scott, I will try and put some more singing into my vlogs for you :) I have actually. All bunged up this morning but that just means more hot mulled wine for me hahah!
London is really an amazing city. I love that a lot of my Portuguese
brothers and sisters are there. I'm glad that your audition went so well,
but I'm not surprised. I'm sure you got it! And that was a beautiful song.
You sing amazingly, Davidona.
+onyxavatar Isn't it just? I have always loved London and think of it as a little world. Thank you for your faith in me! Yes, it is a beautiful song. It is Cleopatra's aria, Piangero la sorte mia from the opera Giulio Cesare by Handel.
BRILLIANT !! We probably crossed paths along the train line at some point
!! We are having a BLAST in Scotland. We are actually in Tarbert for the
evening. Going to catch a ferry tomorrow to Islay !! uhhhh new caught that
public transport cold thinggie too. not too bad, just a couple of days of
feeling like crapola. We only got lost like 3 times in London.! oh yea,
actually saw someone in Harrods buy ONE apple for SIX POUNDS !anyways,,,,
love watching your videos. see ya later !
+chefprov Gosh! That would have been wonderful to bump into a subscriber! I'm so glad you are enjoying Scotland. It's just beautiful isn't it? So true!!! I think it's on its way out thank goodness but I'm still a little sniffly. Hahahahaha! I know right! The fruit prices in Fortnum & Mason are also extremely ridiculous too although they sell mini pineapples! Thank you so much for stopping by, I always love seeing your comments!
+Florida Scot Thank you so much! I know I didn't sing a lot in this video but I'm going to endeavour to sing more in future vlogs and if you are interested you can hop over to my classical music channel called davidona pittock. :)
