And using a Motion template is bad because? Do you think it takes away from the spot because a template was used as an effect instead of an original creation? Does the fact that a template was used in a few seconds of the spot take away the 3D rendering of the radar tower? I guess you can't please all the people all the time.

Just stickin' up for my partner in crime... she worked very hard on this spot and I think she did an outstanding job. I guess I have a diversion to graphic snobs (not that you're one). You know... the folks who think using templates are a cheat. FYI... this spot has been nominated for an Emmy. Have a good one.

I never said templates were a cheat. I just think when you make a spot for a station such as this one you should stay away from templates like that. BTW this is an awesome promo/spot never said it was bad.

@newstarcadefan probably because they are more powerful, and can see farther. SKYMAX is a budget radar system and they are becoming obsolete compared to radars from Baron and EEC

@gunnlover Don't even matter...the new management shut down the radar recently...using the pittsburgh and cleveland NWS feeds.
