Hah ! Hilarious .. The big bang is dead and along with that, so is black
holes and dark matter and dark energy and neutron stars. All gone. The size
of space is not clearly known. The old belief that matter is inert and
unconscious is dead. We all are in a living electric conscious eternal
universe.

+Adam Erin Yes you shoot your self in the foot when you use your rational mind to understand the universe. If the mind is set aside by any means then another view and understanding come into view. In the west we are heavily programed to rely on our mind for our world and cosmic view. In the east they have a whole other reference to direct experience of reality. This direct experience does not use your waking normal mind. They use another channel that is natural to humans.

+3877michael So what you are saying is, if the mind and reality and space around us doesn't exist like we think it does, and the mind's rational thinking is presupposed to make errors and not able to view things in their true "reality". Then how can any human find truth in any discovery they make, since it's always flawed with the viewpoint from a an already limited mind. You kind of shoot yourself in the foot there.

+Adam Erin You may have belief in the rational mind. This is a human limitation you place on reality as is rationality . Time and space and the mind along with rationality does not exist in the way you believe it does. The big bang has been debunked for decades. There was no starting time for the universe and time is a limitation we place on the universe as are dimensions.

+3877michael eternal, but not infinite, because it started at a particular point in time. If it's ever suggested that the universe has existed for infinity previous... it's irrational and can't be reasoned with. For infinity to take place, in order that we are here now, is impossible because infinity can never be reached.
