Fresno county cps is corrupt and unjustified they kidnapped and traffic children out to strangers or return children to the abusive parent! All for $$$$ 5-6 hundred thousand dollars per child!? The Non offending parent and the children are having their civil rights violated the 4th and 14th amendments to be exact! Help Put a stop to Our children's rights being taken away!!!

The courts need to be opened up. Period. Too many children are dying and I know first hand how corrupt CPS is. Everyone is making money off innocent children. Doctors, lawyers, judges, etc. The Federal funds and grants keep flowing in and now the legislative level is corrupt too. Then we have GEO and Vanguard so now we're selling stock in children. The VP and attoney general are in on it. The Presidents brother is head of hospitals. Where does it end? CORRUPT-O

I know how your daughter been going thru and for you My daughter was taken away by cps about 4 years ago, While she's been there in their system they had gave her some inhaler medication to help her breath which she did not need her health was fine! Until a couple of days ago my daughter called and told me that she was nor being loved and that she hated her life and that she wanted to commit suicide, but one thing cps did was messed my daughters mind up and now they turned my daughter to be a lesbien which she was interested in boys before cps took her,So I know how you are going thru this system by cps and they need to held uncountable for what they are doing to our children

can somebody please tell me how to get to federal court I have a child protective case.the bastards in Arkansas are trying to accuse me of child abuse and neglect when they were molested my daughter while she was in custody.when I made the report against Arkansas and called the governor's office they took my daughter and the child that I was pregnant was once he was born.then I got pregnant with my child and move to Missouri and now they have taken him.have so much proof against Arkansas and CPS

Donna smith needs to be put in jail for emotional abuse and false pretenses.. This isn't the first time the monster has wrongfully taken away children.. She a sadistic monster that preys on the tears of mothers, daughters and families.. This shouldn't be happening.. She is nothing but a leech feeding on people's sadness.. This is what these attorneys do is "guide" through a corrupt system! this is families you are leading like that how about fighting for them? Does anyone know about the adoption incentives that drive these social workers and the lawyers and judges in these cases? Its sick and it must be stopped! Lets build families not destroy them are kids are not for sale! I do not recommend Ryan Mcglinn. I hired Ryan 1-6 months ago. Ryan handled my Juvenile matter. I have previously worked with 3-5 lawyers. I had a consultation with this lawyer. I applaud him for his honesty, but his knowledge of the juvenile dependency courts and how to navigate through them based on the truth and facts weren't good. He told me that I wasn't playing the game correctly, and that's why everyone was against me involved in the court system. We're talking about the lives of my children and family, and to be told that I should treat our life as a game is indignant. I was contemplating hiring him because of his touted experience and father's experience in the juvenile courts, but when he told me that because all the players were against me, he didn't feel he could handle my case, I was disappointed. So, that's why I was looking into hiring an experienced attorney in juvenile court, not because it was a walk in the park. The court appointed attorney was doing that job just fine. That's why people invest their money into an attorney, because IT IS A FIGHT!!!!
