Since I wasn't there myself I can't be 100% sure but if he did have a teleprompter there at any point then we'd most likely be hearing about it endlessly, so I am 97.563% sure he didn't have a teleprompter. I'm not saying Obama is the best president ever but compared to the previous US president, who was a total disaster, and most of other current GOP or Democrat politicians he's much more intelligent and sensible. Kimi has a pretty good vocabulary and you can easily understand what he's saying but as a Finn he has a strong accent and it's not very easy to get rid of it. And he doesn't avoid talking. He just hates stupid questions. When you ask him a stupid question he throws a stupid answer right back at you.
