I'm 15 and for two weeks I have had a extremely sore quadricep. I play rugby a lot but I stretch before and stretch after. I can't sprint only run slowly because when I raise the leg too high it hurts a lot. The main cause of the pain is near the top of the quad in the middle. Do you know what it is and how I can prevent it. I have tried to massage it but nothing seems to happen. I also can't kick a ball without it hurting again. Please can you help because it is so sore! Thanks

It would feel like a big bump, maybe the size of a marble. It would be tender when you touch it.

I just purchased the BackJoy SitSmart Posture Plus. Even though I have only used it for a little over 3 hours, I am able to tell that it is causing me to sit up straighter and should no doubt improve my posture. My question is that this video is done by www.losethebackpain.com They are endorsing the product, but I did not see it for sale on their web site. (I had thought about buying another one for my wife.) They do sell another back pain seat cushion. I was just curious as to why they would endorse a product they are not selling.

Hi guys can yu recommend what type of back brace to wear underneath my clothing? And where to buy? I'm wearing a waist trimmer belt, its very comfortable but don't know if you recommend it for 8-10 hrs of driving a transit bus..ok thanks Guys..

+wadep9916 The concern is that your core muscles may weaken if you wear the support all the time- We really don't have any recommendations - they are all similar in how they work.

The transmission isn't bad. I have one and my mother has one, and it is just like any other car, it has some problems, but the only thing I have had wrong with the transmission is that if you dnt keep your car maintained and well oiled then you will have problems, but otherwise you will be fine. I run my car very very hard and haven't had a problem yet.

I own a 2011 Fusion SEL with the 2.5. I have 37,200KM on the car now with never having any problem. Any car brand will have some transmission problems. This is one of Ford's best selling cars. If thy weren't good vehicles, they wouldn't be a best seller. By the way I bought my Fusion new. I really love it. Highly reccomended.

I have a 2010 Ford Fusion SE and I had a flat tire and before I could get it pulled off the road, the power steering went out. I took it to the dealer and it is going to cost me 1349.76 because the power steering went out. There are thousand of complaints about this and Ford has not issued a recall for the 2010.

@dpo745s Cool man, I'm glad you liked it. It was a superb all-around 4-door car. It seems to do everything right, and is a real blast to drive. This coming from a car guy that really thinks about these things a lot.

@gehli003 Sorry to make you nervous :) I was looking at the road, I was just holding the camera at chest level and trying to aim it at stuff without taking my eyes off the road.
