Greene is sometimes sarcastic in his videos.  It is usually very subtle.  Pointing out that the "heightened security measures" failed to prevent a terror attack is basically just saying what a big farce the War on Terror really is.  If they really wanted to, they would just install emergency RC overrides on each plane in commercial use, and not need so many TSA fondlers.
