If the Lexus didn't stop at the stop sign would the license plate be clear?
I paused the video as the Lexus was approaching and the plate was to blurry
and couldn't be read. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
+David Blakley depends how fast the driver is going, most dashcams record in 30 fps. If they slowed down to ~10-15 km/h and kept driving through the stop sign it would've probably picked it up. Above 30km/h and it would probably be a blur
+hellriser180 that is my point, at .17 seconds the Lexus is stopped at the stop sign, if there was no stop sign or the Lexus ran the stop sign the license plate is just a blur.
+chris munyonNo, it's real science, because the majority of real scientists agree, as opposed to fake, industry-funded hacks or useful idiots who indulge in wishful thinking.

1992-1998 Lexus LS400 Rear brakes rotors and pads remove and install
1992 Lexus LS400 rear brakes replacement. This is a servo type brake system, its self adjusted so you don't need to adjust the star adjuster on these. Make sure ...
that's very helpful for the ls series. however, i have a stuck e brake in
my 93 gs300. can anyone tell me how to back off the pressure so i can
remove my rear rotor? i believe the e brake is hydraulic.
+Charlie Roach If you look at our honda brake clean and adjust, the rotor has a hole that you need to put a flat head screw driver in to push the star adjuster up or down to make it expand or contract. That's what you need to do to remove the rear rotors out.
This was really, really useful. I had been pulling my hair out this
afternoon when the 17mm caliper bracket nuts just wouldn't budge, then I
saw that you had a long-handle articulated wrench - first purchase tomorrow
morning! Also, lots of really, really useful details on how to lube things,
etc., your narration was very useful.
That articulated spanner with the socket saved the day. I had just enough clearance and oomph! By the time I am done I may actually know what I am doing...
