this show is so damn stupid, but Im fascinated mainly at the income disclosure part. Salary is based on and negotiated (or not) mostly on self perception. You have a pissin contest on that for what exactly? Now you have a bunch of pissed off people who can't seem to wrap their mind around the salary THEY ACCEPTED and NEGOTIATED (maybe) in relationship to what someone else was able to negotiate or receive. Lastly, all of the issues a company has with workers productivity, value and lack there of rests solely on the shoulders of LEADERSHIP and the culture they foster. To allow folks to do leadership dirty work (instead of looking at systemic things that foster the issues) speaks to just how stupid this show really is and ironically why a company needs to even do a show like this.

Saw the show, AWSOME! but tom did need to go, it WAS his baby, but it grew up, and now he is the one that needs to let it go. And to be honest, I didn't even think that they had any problems. XD Keep up the good work you's guy's! Love you product's!
