The same basic fuel distributor was used on Mercedes also during the early
80's. I would never consider using a Jetronic system on any car as it robs
allot of power & is very slow in response. As I said before you get approx
30 hp in just changing from K jet to modern fuel injection. I have driven
turboed 308'S running K jet making much more power than an stock engine,
it;s just something I would not consider on a modified engine.
It is fantastic, we had the car running within a few minuites, I am
probably going to switch over my own 3.5 liter 308 to this system, it is
easier to wire & the wintec 4 software is excellent! We got approx 30 more
HP with this set up over his original system. Lots of torque in the
midrange area, the car feels much faster than the HP numbers we got on the
dyno.
