What Does The Devil Do? | Gary Yourofsky
In this 5-minute clip,I discuss what happened at Valley Forge Christian College in rural Pennsylvania in the early 2000s. It was an eye-opening moment for most ...
As a Catholic, I have to admit that even though you are a Vegan Atheist,
you have more compassion and admiration for God's creatures than a
Christian/Catholic who harms, kills, eats, or wears animals. After seeing
your videos, I promised myself I would never use my religion as an excuse
to harm or judge. I'm so glad I chose compassion. I'm very proud of you
Gary! Greetings from Mexico ❤️!
+Evelyn J I am actually NOT an atheist. I believe in God. My version of God doesn't exist in an ancient book, though. God IS the Sun. Without The sun, there is NO life as we know it. Unless people are vegan, atheism or being an organized religious robot are ONE AND THE SAME. Vegans are the ONLY unique, free-thinking individuals around.
+ProVeg please use this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMJM4pIscGE. And use my BIBLE JESUS& VEGANISM essay located in OTHER ANIMAL ISSUES on www.adaptt.org.
Gary I cannot believe in an all-loving all-powerful god, because if he did
exist then surely he would not have made certain animals carnivorous
(hyenas, lions, etc). An omniscient god would surely not do this...
+thegobe you are confusing God with the organized religious version. I believe in the SUN God, not the invisible author in the sky god. but when discussing organized religion with religious folks one can still discuss god on THEIR terms and prove kindness/compassion.
Yeah I understand why most people in the vegan and vegetarian community are
atheists, I'm a Christian personally, but I get it. Kindness and compassion
is preached all the time, but at a church banquet the meal will most likely
be meat! Why are we preaching this if we are biased to who we preach it to?
Do people actually believe that Jesus wants us to kill and torture? Most
people that use to Bible to defend eating animal products go to Genesis
9:3, But way later on in Isaiah 65:25 "The wolf and the lamb will feed
together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox, and dust will be the
serpent's food. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy
mountain," says the LORD! It clearly says right there that God wants us to
show compassion to everything he created! Also, the amounts of food we use
for farming could feed the many starving in the world (not to mention
helping with climate change). When he comes back to restore everything
there will be no death! If you want to be closer to God a vegan lifestyle
is the only way! Also people, please don't point out things like slavery in
biblical times as the Bible was written by sinful man! And so I don't sound
like a hypocrite, shouldn't it be common sense that a superior supernatural
being would like everything he created to live on and prosper? Like Gary
said, what is Satan's job if God wants his very own creations to die to us
"Superior beings"? - Rant over, great video!
not surprising that vegans are mostly non religious I don't buy into that
oh we are turn the other cheek types who preach and love and yet subscribe
to the animal holocaust, no wonder God pretty much has turned his back on
humanity, we'r massive arseholes most of us.
The Devil would probably do all the same things but under the guise of the
whole operation being "humane" and "natural" so that people would be
disarmed about it all. Ever hear that old saying that the greatest trick
the Devil ever pulled was to convince the world that he doesn't exist?
Something similar is true about meat eating and the whole "oh we
slaughtered those animals in a really friendly and respectful way"
movement. Convincing people that evil is natural and no big deal is
probably worse. That's what the Devil would do.
Dear Gary Yourofsky, thank you :) you changed my life... i feel so much
better knowing im not a part of this shit anymore and trying to help those
Animals ... Keep on doing this, you´re awesome!
