I have never tried the English muffins, the creamy rigatoni was okay to me, i love the fettucini Alfredo is also good, Lasagna is good, I never had the mac N cheese I have had the Spaghetti before but it has been awhile, I am not much into the red sauses on the smartones or any food. I have never had the Ravioli or the mini burgers, the Smart wraps are good & i also like the Teriyaki chicken, I still have a freezer full of smartones, I am trying to cut back on them because of the sodium, ughhhhh

Sorry I meant Red sauces, too many typo's today, but yes I never realized how much sodium these smartones had in them until someone told me (cannot remember who) but they are up there, I say its good if have had a really sweaty workout & then had one to replace the salts in your body, also if i do have one I will drink extra water. Because i will not quit eating smartones because they are a quick meal & also yummy. Thnx so much for sharing this review.

I haven't had them in a long time..but there is a thai flavored noodle one that I used to really love. I also liked the ziti a lot. A secret I learned is adding veggies to the smart ones. For example if you have the ziti and you add frozen broccoli to it you eat a lot more food for little to no points.

Thanks for the info and review! I used to the WW English Muffin, I just switched to the Jimmy Dean Light. I have to eat protein with EVERY meal especially breakfast to keep my full and satisified. The mini cheeseburgers are SO TINY! I would rather eat a McDonald's burger for 6 pts!

I love the teriyaki chicken Smart Ones. I'm hoping to pick up some of the Asian-inspired Smart Ones either tomorrow or Wednesday. There's a few others that I want to try.

Ok...we are on the same page with this one. The eggs taste fake, the meat is wworthless, the cheese is flavorless. The consistency is rubbery. And the muffin is not toasted. So.... where is ANY goodness with this? There isn't any. I believe that one serving is ONE sandwich-but I don't have the box in front of me. For the cost? Even adding in convenience sake - I'd go get an Egg McMuffin - or make one myself. This is a LOSER!

I haven't had THIS one, but I have had others. I don't know if the others said to microwave them - but i didn't. I let them thaw for a minute or two and ate them. I've had the strawberry shortcake, the raspberry cheescake and another one with chocolate-a turtle sundae maybe? They are tasty, ok-I guess, and enough for a small bite. I don't rush out to get them-but will treat myself sometimes if they are on a good sale. The problem? One makes me want to eat two. So it defeats the purpose.

i'll tell you what i tell everyone else who thinks i'm just a dumbass for microwaving these things......i follow the instructions on the box. right or wrong. i don't write the instructions. I JUST FOLLOW THEM..........i take a lot of pride and care in doing these reviews and have done over 70 of them by now, do you really think i didn't read the cooking instructions before i shot and uploaded a video here? think about it?

i don't write the instructions. i just follow them. the box says microwave for 5 seconds for a 1100 watt microwave oven. if the item comes out looking bad then i want people to see the way it looks when you follow the instructions. sorry if you don't like it. i didn't like it much myself but that's why i do these reviews.

I've had these before and never microwaved them. I just take one out of the package when I make dinner and let it thaw for 20 mins. Maybe try the next one that way. I do like this one!!
