When your sailing around in shallower water where you can see bottom get a mid-water lure something that dives down for a better chance for catching snapper and grouper also if you see debris or seaweed patch floating you should cruise by with a top water lure. Good luck can't wait to see your first video with a great catch. See ya in an anchorage one day.

HAH! great update, I hope you guys finally get some decent weather (although you've missed a huge snow storm so it's probably not too bad down there). There's always work to do at home - yours is just able to move to nicer locations to do that work :)

Nice one. In my experience afloat small jobs take either half a day or all day. If they take less than half a day well that is either luck or it was just a chore and never really a 'job'.

I had to rebuild my rudder stops on my IP in the first year of ownership. Much easier to make in my workshop, that on a boat. Good job!
