Be Aware!! Hermosa Tour- Cheat Company I write this review to complain about Hermosa company, the office at Pammukale. I went there with my group, 5 persons. On March 22, 2015 We were cheated by the guy at your office. He sold us the balloons tour and took our money for deposit €190. He used your office and staff who worked there were in the office. He also gave us the receipt belong to your company and wrote down the booking information and gave to us. He made a fake reservation for Kapadokya balloons for 24 March. We arrived Capadocia on March 23,2015 and checked with the balloon company. The company did not have our reservation. So we were cheated with the guy in your office. we know that I could not get money back but I would like tell how bad of the company's staff in the Pumukkale office. The staff there let other people to cheat tourists in the office. It seems like the Hermosa company also take the benefit from cheating people also. I wrote mail to the company and show them evidence. The manager wrote email back and offered to refund money to us. Finally they do not do any what he promised. So, we were cheated by the company again. I would like to distribute this horrible behavior to public, please share this to other to be aware of this company.
