it was nice, but Schhezwan rice in particular require all the veggies to be cut in smaller pieces, and one of the imp. ingredient which adds value to this rice is Spring Onions, the green part of these Onions are like must have for the rice. Just give a try using Spring Onions, you may feel the difference in the taste.
