I've found that if you put your cut settings to the following you'll get a kiss cut: Speed 10, Thickness 18, and the Blade at 1My sticker paper is really thin and it was still breaking through at Blade 1 so I popped the blade on 0 and it seems to have worked.I found the info at //underacherrytree.blogspot.com.au/2012/08/jins-make-your-own-stickers.html if you wanted to look further into it.Speed 10, Thickness 18, and the Blade at 1Speed 10, Thickness 18, and the Blade at 1Speed 10, Thickness 18, and the Blade at 1Speed 10, Thickness 18, and the Blade at 1

question...when you cut the vinyl using your cricut do you stick the vinyl side down on the sticky mat or the other side? i want to cut vinyl on my cricut, but it doesn't have the "flip" button like other video demonstrations have used. thanks in advance!

Hi I hope you can help me I have a doubt how to cut iron on vinyl with my cricut so I can applied to a tshirt with out having to transferet to a transfer paper you know like inverting or mirroring the image, can i do that with sure cuts a lot?

@Alichacco I cut it with the backing stuck the to mat - the only time I ever us "flip" for vinyl is when I adhere it to the inside of something like a car window....otherwise flip isn't necessary :)

The Silhouette SD is connected to your computer. Once you have printed your image (which will have the registration marks on the page with it), you then put the vinyl in the SD and it uses the registration marks to orient itself as to where the image to cut is located on the page, then it does the cutting. Note: The Silhouette SD has been replaced by the Silhouette Cameo which is capable of cutting larger images than the SD could.

+Rebellious Reina Sorry, I don't know anything about Epsons. I'd think that going through ink like crazy and getting nice bold colors would happen together. If your colors look dull, it might be the paper. Paper seems to make a huge difference in the way my printer prints. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Good luck!

+hdmt2010 Yes there is! Change your cut settings. There is a setting on the drop down menu when you go to cut that says "sticker paper" or something.

Hi Sarah, I have a question on cutting the outside rounded rectangle. When I try to do that, all I get in advanced cut settings window is the red line. I do not get any other colors there, although I have in my design shapes with different color lines. Can you help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

You have to click on the shape/ line and then go up to line color and change that to a different color.

Yes, I think it's awesome.  For a while I was clicking white sticker paper but I was always having to go down and change the settings then I realized you can create your own so you have to always change the settings.  Makes things go a little faster (:

Adjusting the chase for KISS cutting Melty Misfit stickers

Sam is using a Heidelberg 10 x 15 Windmill press to KISS cut stickers. He is adjusting the position of the steel rule die within the chase.
