Three things you need to know about the new Sonata:
Not as powerful as last year
Ultra-generic, much cheaper looking interior is now in place
Looks worse inside and out. Generic outside too.
Whatever they did right the first time, they got rid of. If you didn't want
it, they added it now.
but it has way more features now.... and when u buy a hyundai, you are not looking for a fast car, it is for traveling use only. Whenever u drive a hyundai, it just keep reminding you that u ll be dead horribly if u corner too hard or go over 160 km. Thats what hyundai is, the car itself is a safety alert. it encourages the driver to stay in the right lane so they will be feeling safer, which they will be
bruhhh it looks way better now. I think you're just trying to hate man

Hot on the heels of the world premiere at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show, Edmunds presents a quick overview of the fully redesigned 2017 Hyundai Elantra.
It does not look as good as the current car which is the best looking in
the class, IMO
But it is still good. Timing is bad, with the revolutionary Honda Civic
hitting the same time.

2015 Ford Focus Review
This Ford Focus video review includes information about fuel economy, performance, interior space, technology like MyFord Touch, available engines like the ...
-Many of his criticisms are bullcrap. He pushes the front seats all the way
back and then says there is not enough legroom in back; duh. Only an
inconvenience if the driver and passenger are 6'-8. The
cool-looking infotainment system on the 2014 SE was actually very easy to
use if one actually read the manual. The 2015 setup is boring and generic
looking. The 160 hp direct-injected engine will hit 85 mph in 3rd gear and
well over 110 mph in 4th; no shortage of power here. The handling and ride
are excellent on public roads considering this is not supposed to be a
sports car.
-Btw why the big emphasis on stupid infotainment systems? Power,
smoothness, ride, handling and reliability are the most important in a car,
not attention-robbing digital gimcracks. Most people just listen to a few
FM stations while driving to work.
+gwwayner I am going to actually agree on the OP here, I just bought one of these and as a 6'2" man I find the back seats fairly uncomfortable, at least they had the foresight to contour the shape of the seats but honestly they could have possibly cut even a few inches off the trunk space to extend the leg room just a bit more.
I agree about the infotainment system. I have the 2014 Focus basic sync and literally figured out how to use it in 15 minutes. My mom has a 2013 Honda Civic and it took me much longer to figure out how to work the radio because of less buttons
+Aravindh Baskaran Anything that's a lower profile tire. The tall wall tires produce a less defined driver Spencerian. If you were to install lower profile tires it would really dial in the handing.
@Avery Smith, and what do you drive? I'm guessing that's your 2.5 Mazda 3
in your videos lol, cmon man no one is butthurt here except you because you
own a n/a 3. I love both my 3.8 GenCoupe and Speed 3, but I'm being
realistic. My MS3 could never hang with the GenCoupe, and I'm fine with
that, because for one it's FWD with massive torque steer, for two, the
GenCoupe is now a 350 hp TWD v6. You own neither car, therefore you have no
valid argument here lol. Now be a good boy and go play with the Honda civic
people.
Yeah about 5.1 for the 2013+ 3.8, but more like 5.8 to them lol, these guy can't drive for crap. The quarter mile times are pathetic too, 13.8 for the new 3.8 Genesis when it's most definitely a low 13 second car with wider tires that is.
An RWD sports coupe beaten by a mere FWD hatchback in every aspect is so
embarrassing Korea needs to hire another European or Japanese from other
car company
+RaCeRx2285 i drove both, considered plenty of times which one to buy, and i went with much more practical speed 3 because gen coupe was so.... boring and handling was big disappointment for RWD. maybe I am spoiled on handling because I've owned mazda miata and rx8 + gen coupe 3.8 0-60 and quartermile time is about half second faster than speed3, if your gen coupe pulls quite a few lengths, you should def need to check your ms3, starting from tires.
Lol highly unlikely, in real world statistics the Mazdaspeed gets owned. I know because I own both of these cars. I have a 2010 Speed 3 and a 2015 3.8 R-Spec GenCoupe, and my Genesis pulls quite a few lengths on my Mazdaspeed. Sure this is the less powerful year of the 3.8 GenCoupe in the video, but it should still be able to match if not excel over the Mazdaspeed.
+Martin Kent Ford only owned about 30% of mazda at the most at one time haha. They were shareholders, NOT owners. They share similar designs and even the same MZR engine stroked differently and with different systems like direct injection, etc.
+John CuccioFord used to own Mazda until recently and has been sharing components since. There's a lot of Focus in the dynamics of Mazda3. Ford have killed everything for years in the mid/small categories for dynamics.
