You should look at some track day videos . What cars do you see there? Not just radicals etc etc. You see ferraris porsches... why? because those engines can't reach their full potential on a common road and neither their owners can explore them there. They go to a track! They want a car that can do those things you said yes, but also one they know its fitted for track use.

Who the fuck buys a Ferrari for the track anyway? The car you could build for the money would be MUCH better on track performance? And to buy the spider for the track?! Extra weight for no reason? Exotic cars are for people that want luxury, performance, ,class and status symbol...not so they can drive around a track.
