Doug, If a customer is non-responsive it is because they never intended to
respond. Your job is to engage the prospect in the Positioning phase to
agree upon a scope of work. Someone who doesn't intend to respond probably
won't take that step with you - therefore you never need to write a
proposal in the first place.
Tom, Thank you for putting this series together. Do you have any
suggestions for non-responsive customers? Once and a while, you'll receive
an RFP, submit a SOW and proposal, then, hear hear nothing but crickets!
